Hilton Convention Center, Branson, MO Review

We had the awesome opportunity to stay at the Hilton Convention Center while we were in Branson.  I have stayed at Hilton's before...but never with kids.  So I have to say...it was a tad bit nerve wracking.  I see Hiltons as much more upscale then our typical hotels where it wouldn't bother me quite so much if the kids broke something....but the Hilton was a little different of a story.  They were VERY accommodating to myself and my children.  I didn't feel at anytime that anyone was looking at me saying, "What do you have your kids here for?"  We got two conjoined rooms because with our family size...well...we just needed to.  Jeff, Jake and Cam slept in one room (Jeff snores!  I wanted to sleep), while MaKenna, Major and I slept in the other.  First, let me tell you a little bit about what it says on their website:

Here are some pictures I took.  Keep in mind, it was night time and we had already moved our stuff in, so the rooms don't look as nice as they did when we walked in.
This was my room with the littlest people.

This was our view of the outdoor pool.  It was too cool to use it, but there was also a hot tub down there as well as a bar.
The bathroom was clean and spacious.  Everything was incredibly clean....and well put together.
It took us awhile to find the refrigerators!  They were stashed in a cabinet under the TV's!  Good Camo!

This was the big boys' room.  I am glad I got a picture before they REALLY decided to make it their own!

Each room had its own closet space with full length mirrors.  Each room also had a desk with plenty of plug ins.  The rooms also had a game controller in case you wanted to buy game time.  The rooms were more than spacious enough....each room also had a nice little, comfy chair to relax in with a foot stool.  It was very pleasant.

On the second floor where the restaurant, Level 2 is, there is a great view of the lobby.  Here are some pictures of that.  It was nicely decorated for fall also.

The lobby was just beautiful.  The chandelier was amazing.....everything was so nicely put together with incredible taste and style.

Here we are getting off of the elevator on our floor.  It was so quiet in the hallway and smelled so nice. It was very relaxing just to walk down the hall.

Outside there is the Branson Scenic Train Station.  Very close...yet I never heard any noise that I can think of.

Our stay there was fantastic.  I would have a child review, but they would all agree with me that it was definitely the nicest place we've ever stayed with them and they had a great experience.  Like I said, the staff was all super nice and went above and beyond for us.  Parking was a bit of a pickle, but for $10 you can park in the parking garage and come and go as you please.  The garage is across the street, but there is a walkway from the Convention Center to the Parking Garage.  Things do sound like they get a little rowdy on Friday nights.  When we got there, there is a couple bars and dance places inside the Hilton.  It was super loud...but ONLY in the lobby.  I couldn't hear it anywhere else.

Parking Garage across the street?  No problem.  Why?  There is TONS to do around the Hilton that you don't need to have your car for.  You are a block away from Branson Landing and FABULOUS shopping....Bass Pro Shops, etc.  Also at Branson Landing is a concert area, play ground, Dinner Cruises, a spectacular water and light show.....you're also close to Historic Downtown Branson, the Branson Scenic Train....TONS of stuff to do all well within walking distance.

I was very impressed with Hilton and will suggest it to anyone heading in that direction!  If you go...tell them that I sent you!!!  :-)
