I put my original post below in case you didn't see it....but I must say, my kids DEVOURED this box when it came to the house! They were SO excited to finally get it! They worked non-stop at it for several days. I say non-stop....but we have a busy schedule, so every opportunity they had it was non-stop! :-) They REALLY loved it, and so did I! We are anxiously awaiting our next box!
Words of wisdom though, OPEN THE BOX FOR THEM! I did not do that...so they destroyed the box which is also used to return the product in...then they threw away the return slip, so I had to e-mail the company to get a duplicate....which they so graciously offered immediately upon me telling them what happened. Great product, Great idea, Great customer service! A+++ in my book!
