MY TAKE:
I was able to try this kit out. I have to say, it was very easy to use. Once I read the directions, I was able to do everything quickly. The hardest part was getting my son to open his mouth so I could do a cheek swab. He was convinced that I was going to swab his throat!
I was surprised that I was also able to do his fingerprints. I don't recall seeing that on any of the literature I read before. He was somewhat cooperative for that.
It does make me feel very good to know that should I need it, I have all of his information in one spot. I PRAY that I never need it, but it gives me a bit of peace knowing that I have all of my t's crossed and i's dotted. You can never be TOO safe where your kids are concerned. They are just way to precious.
