Happy Mango Bakery REVIEW

 Friday night we had our daughters 21st birthday party!  We went to Margaritas on 72nd and L for dinner and then we opened up her egg free cake which Happy Mango Bakery worked so hard on!  They did a great job!  I failed to get a picture of the inside, but it was chocolate with vanilla filling.  My daughter LOVED it.  She has never had the opportunity to have a "real" cake from a bakery before because she is allergic to eggs.  When the folks at Happy Mango said they'd try it out for me I was ecstatic!  The cake tasted JUST LIKE a normal chocolate cake.  It was DELICIOUS!  They did a fantastic job!  I could not possibly thank them enough for making my daughters 21st birthday such a special one that she will always remember.  In addition, she LOVES Lake Powell.  We are former Arizona dwellers and we go to Lake Powell every summer.  She was THRILLED to see how amazing the decoration was on her cake!  I would happily recommend Happy Mango Bakery to anyone who would like a specialty cake!  They did an amazing job!

Larry the Cable Guy Review

Recently I was invited to attend a Larry the Cable Guy show by Omaha Performing Arts.  Who doesn't love Larry the Cable Guy?  I am from Arizona, and I can remember very clearly when he came to town with the Blue Collar Comedy Tour!  He was my favorite of the 4!  Then I moved to Nebraska and found out this was his home state!  Then everytime I watched him, I noticed he always had an "N" necklace or an "N" baseball cap on!  I started feeling like having Nebraska fever myself!  His kids were born in Lincoln, just down the road....and he always attends Nebraska football games!  He seemed like just one of the good guys!  And I was right.  After attending his show, he has shown me yet again, that he is...just one of the good guys!  He is very transparent, friendly and down to earth!  At the end of the show he even stayed extra long to answer questions for people.  He even gave his two cents on politics,  the military and...
