I am a Mommy of 4. 3 boys and a girl....plus a BIG boy if you count the man in the house. That means I have 5 children, scads of fish, 15 hamsters at any given time (we breed them), 2 guinea pigs, 2 dogs, a cat, and 5 geckos/bearded dragons. I don't have TIME to eat right....exercise, etc. I know....that sounds terrible. I do eat right at dinner time. I always try to make good food for the kids. And I always make sure they have time for exercise. But any mother knows that our needs get pushed to the side. I do exercise to every opportunity I get. In fact, I used to get up every morning at 5 and go for a run when the weather was nice. The weather is cold now though so I haven't been doing it...my pants are now fitting a bit too tight. So this book sounds very appealing to me. I am all for ways to naturally feel good and look good. Do I need to lose weight? YES! But...I am not willing to put something in my body like pills to do it. I need to do it the old fashioned way and be proud of it. I am excited about reading this book and getting their opinions.
